I led the product marketing translation, turning core product features into campaign moments. We showed how fast quotes, instant claims, and seamless policy management feel as simple as picking a playlist or sending money to a friend. You can tap your phone a few times and a sweater appears on your doorstep a few days later. We’ve taken that amazing technology and made it work for insurance. Which means Lemonade insurance works better for you.

What was especially interesting was looking at the product as a whole, finding the parallels between different products and across the customer journey — from opening a policy to filing a claim. Starting with this holistic view helped me sharpen the story, understand it more deeply, and connect it to the campaign’s core message about the ease of using Lemonade.

The work connected the product experience directly to the campaign idea, putting speed and simplicity at the center and making every asset feel like a natural extension of using Lemonade.
