Cinema Rakover
Our cultural restoration project aims to revive Jerusalem's city center by transforming an entire urban block into a renovated leisure and cultural complex. The block was once home to 15 cinemas and served as a lively hub for the community. In our restoration, we replaced the middle floor with a cinema experience, akin to a stroll in a museum, and incorporated botanical gardens throughout the "doughnut" shape of the building. Our interventions on the roof and in the back courtyard complete the transformation, creating an intimate and modern space for locals to enjoy.
